Summer house, in the best location of Juquehy, we are only 50 m from the main restaurants and shops of the neighborhood and 300 m from the sea. We have the option of self check-in, so you can organize your arrival with peace of mind. One of the biggest strengths of our house besides the location, is the fact that it is in a very family condominium with only 7 houses. We offer beach service in partnership with "Kiosk do Junior", located between entrance 1 and 2 of Juquehy Beach. Enjoy a great location, service, and an excellent menu.

In Praia de Juquehy we do not have bank branches or ATMs. Come prepared with cash. We also don't have an Uber or taxi service.

We offer in the accommodation:

1 - Detergent, toilet paper and garbage bags, only enough for the day of your arrival;

2 - Cleaning kit (lysoform, alcohol, sponge, floor cloth, disinfectant), brooms and buckets (external area deposit);

3 - Three beach chairs and an umbrella (storage for the outdoor area);

4 - Nesspresso coffee maker with refillable capsules, thermos and coffee percolator.

House consisting of 5 beds, which accommodate 8 people, arranged in 3 bedrooms, 1 suite, 1 social bathroom and 1 toilet, integrated living room with full kitchen and gourmet balcony equipped with barbecue. Air-conditioned environments with air conditioning. The kitchen has a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, crockery and cutlery. Spaces like this are always special, as they accommodate everything from a small family to a larger group. Impossible not to take good memories of this place, super integrated house with a lot of space for social interaction, whether for a family lunch, a barbecue with friends, or a day at the pool with the kids.

Children under the age of 12 are not allowed unaccompanied by a guardian.

The consumption of food and beverages, and the use of speakers are prohibited.

The practice of sports games, such as ball, paddleball and water polo, is prohibited.

The use of any glass object is prohibited.

After use, remove all personal belongings (buoys, towels, etc.).

PETS (We are pet friendly, contact us for more information)

It is forbidden to circulate with PETS loose in the condominium, the use of a leash is mandatory. In case of non-compliance, a fine of 10% of the value of the current condominium fee.

If the pet makes a mess in the common area, a fine of 50% of the value of the current condominium fee, if not collected within 15 minutes.
