We offer beach service in partnership with "Kiosk do Junior", located between entrance 1 and 2 of Juquehy Beach. Enjoy a great location, service, and an excellent menu.

In Praia de Juquehy we do not have bank branches or ATMs. Come prepared with cash. We also don't have an Uber or taxi service.

We offer in the accommodation:

1 - Detergent, toilet paper and garbage bags, only enough for the day of your arrival;

2 - Cleaning kit (lysoform, alcohol, sponge, floor cloth, disinfectant), brooms and buckets (external area deposit);

3 - Four beach chairs and an umbrella (storage for the outdoor area);

4 - Electric coffee maker, thermos and coffee percolator.

This accommodation is approximately 50 m², distributed in an integrated living room with kitchen and full bathroom on the ground floor, as well as a small open area with barbecue and storage. On the upper floor, there is a suite with a double bed and single bunk bed, air conditioning and a ceiling fan. We offer microfiber pillows and throws. Garage with 1 space. The house is in a gated community, we have as a common area the swimming pool, the games room and the barbecue area for shared use.

Hours of use: 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Children under the age of 12 are not allowed unaccompanied by a guardian.

The consumption of food and beverages, and the use of speakers are prohibited.

The practice of sports games, such as ball, paddleball and water polo, is prohibited.

The use of any glass object is prohibited.

After use, remove all personal belongings (buoys, towels, etc.).

BARBECUE

Hours of use: 09:00 to 22:00

Schedule with us before your stay, so we can check availability.

Exclusive use of guests, no visitors allowed.

After use, we ask you to clean the place and remove the garbage.

Fine of 50% of the value of the current condominium fee for use outside the permitted hours.

Maximum period of use - 3 hours.

It is forbidden to circulate with PETS loose in the condominium, the use of a leash is mandatory. In case of non-compliance, a fine of 10% of the value of the current condominium fee.

If the pet makes a mess in the common area, a fine of 50% of the value of the current condominium fee, if not collected within 15 minutes.

Avoid leaving your pet alone in the accommodation, however, if necessary, make sure that it is comfortable, avoiding the suffering of your pet and the inconvenience to the neighbors.
