The house has two suites, private barbecue, 2 parking spaces. Perfect setting for families looking for a cozy place after an incredible day at the beach. At Praia de Maresias we do not have bank branches or ATMs. Come prepared with cash. We do not provide bed and bath linen, but if you do not want to bring it, we can arrange the rental with our partner TERRACOTTON. Consult us! We provide in the accommodation:

1 - Detergent, toilet paper and garbage bags, sufficient only for the day of your arrival;

2 - Cleaning kit (lisoform, alcohol, sponge, floor cloth, disinfectant), brooms and buckets (laundry);

3 - Washing machine.

4 - Nespresso coffee maker with refillable capsules, electric coffee maker, thermos flask and coffee strainer.

Maresias is a small and well-structured neighborhood, where it is possible to get around in different ways:

On foot – The main avenue (Av. Dr. Francisco Loup) has most restaurants, bars and shops, so walking is a great option for short distances.

Bicycle – Many visitors use bikes to get around more quickly and enjoy the beach breeze. Some inns and businesses offer bicycle rental.

Car or motorbike – If you want to explore nearby beaches, such as Paúba or Santiago, a car makes getting around easier. Maresias has paid parking and street spaces, but in high season it can be difficult to find a good spot.

App transportation – Uber and 99 operate in the region, but availability may vary depending on time and demand.

Buses and vans – There are bus lines that connect Maresias to other beaches and the center of São Sebastião. Local vans are also an economical alternative for short trips.
